They just got a different tool to use than we do: They kill innocent lives to achieve objectives. That's what they do. And they're good. Iraq: 'Woman' and six year old boy killed in British gun battle

timesonline: British troops traded fire yesterday with Shia militiamen in the southern city of al-Amara, which Nouri al-Maliki, the Iraqi Prime Minister, hopes will be under the control of the Iraqi security forces by July.

At least five Iraqis were killed - including a woman and a six-year-old boy - in the gunbattle that saw British troops hit by small arms and rocket-propelled grenades, police said. Read more

db: Might the 'woman' be the boy's mother? You wonder what the child was carrying - small arms, an RPG perhaps or maybe just a teddy bear. The Times piece tells us little about how yet another infant came to meet his death. The 'woman and child' get bundled in with the 'militiamen'and 'terrorists'. Did our troops kill them? Did the 'militiamen'? Isn't that the 'story'?
