db: It only took him a month, over a thousand dead Lebanese - overwhelmingly civilians - 3,500 wounded, 124 Israeli lives [84 of them soldiers] 1800 wounded, a million Lebanese refugees, $2 billion damage to Lebanese infrastructure inluding 146 bridges, roads, power stations and possibly the Mediterranean's worst ever environmental disaster with the release of thirty thousand tons of oil from an Israeli air strike.

So 'Yo' Blair - the Neocon-darling-Bush-poodle-bitch has finely come out and called for an immediate ceasefire. We are grateful for such wisdom, humanity and leadership. And by the way, exactly what grade of terror threat requires that the Prime Minister of Britain calls off his Caribbean holiday and heads back to London? Given that we are still at "critical - an attack is expected imminently"?

The numbers relating to Lebanese dead and wounded are expected to increase when or if Israeli attacks stop and rescuers are able to remove the bodies from the rubble.
