Idyllic Beirut landscape faked to look like war by Reuters


Global newsagency Reuters has suspended a freelance photographer working in Beirut after he doctored photos of bombings in the city.
Internet bloggers alerted the agency about the apparently faked images of an Israeli airstrike, leading the agency to recall the images.

The photograph by Adnan Hajj, published by global news agencies on the weekend showed thick black smoke rising from high-rise buildings in the besieged city. Link
