They just got a different tool to use than we do: They kill innocent lives to achieve objectives. That's what they do. And they're good. They get on the TV screens and they get people to ask questions about, well, you know, this, that or the other. I mean, they're able to kind of say to people: Don't come and bother us, because we will kill you. Bush - Joint News Conference with Blair - 28 July '06

Death toll rises to 30 in Monday raid on Beirut

Reuters

The death toll from an Israeli air strike on a south Beirut suburb on Monday rose to at least 30, police said on Tuesday.

Police said 60 people had been wounded in the strike that destroyed one residential building and damaged several others in the Shiyyah district of Beirut's southern suburbs.

They said the toll, which had earlier been put at 17 dead, could rise further still as rescue workers were continuing to clear rubble from the scene. Link
