db: This is more Cheney bullshit for US feeding. Tehran has - 100's of times - declared that it has no interest in the military application of nuclear technology. You may choose not to believe them, which is a different conversation. The point is that the US seeks to deny Iran its legal right under the NPT to develop a civilian programme. Cheney is doing what he does best - misleading his domestic audience.
