They just got a different tool to use than we do: They kill innocent lives to achieve objectives. That's what they do. And they're good. They get on the TV screens and they get people to ask questions about, well, you know, this, that or the other. More arm twisting of Turkey re Iraq and Iran from Rice

3b - bojanbb: I was very curious about the first tour of the newly appointed US Secretary of State. "The time for diplomacy is now", was the most vocal statement in her confirmation hearings some time ago. I was curious to see this diplomacy, since I am very sceptical that anyone in Dubya's administration knows the meaning of the word.

From the statements, interviews and answers given to journalists during the first leg of her tour [Air Strip One - U.K.] it was clear that the tour has nothing to do with diplomacy, but has everything to do with selling another piece of Goebbel's style propaganda, this time about Iran. Ever since her beloved chief uttered these [needless to say uncorroborated] words in his State of the Union speech "Today Iran remains the world's primary state sponsor of terror - pursuing nuclear weapons", Miss Condoleeza [mushroom cloud] Rice has been tasked with making them 'truth'.
