They just got a different tool to use than we do: They kill innocent lives to achieve objectives. That's what they do. And they're good. Rice: ceasefire a 'false promise'

The US secretary of state, Condoleezza Rice, today ruled out a ceasefire as a solution to the conflict in the Middle East.
