They just got a different tool to use than we do: They kill innocent lives to achieve objectives. That's what they do. And they're good. Afghanistan: Stretch or overstretch

BBC: 11 July 2006 - Minister admits forces stretched

In his first appearance before the Commons defence committee as secretary of state, Mr Browne was quizzed about military chiefs having to "cobble" companies from different regiments because of "overstretch".

That was a charge he rejected, although he said there was "stretch". Link
