Iran a hard target impossible to confront: Larijani

tehrantimes: In an interview with the Aljazeera television network, Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Secretary General, Ali Larijani dismissed reports of U.S. threats to use nuclear weapons against Iran as "psychological war", the Fars news agency reported on Monday.

"Iran is a tough target which cannot be confronted," Larijani said, adding that such threats only come from those who cannot fulfill their claims.

Iran is prepared to respond to such attacks, he asserted.

Larijani termed the threats as media propaganda against the Islamic Republic which can never be put into practice and show the inability of the enemies.

"Therefore, we do not waste our time for these threats and those who are making them should better take a look at themselves to realize what they have done and where they are standing." Read more
