Denis Donaldson - IRA informer - shot dead

BBC Worldservice radio is reporting that the IRA informer Denis Donaldson has been found shot dead at a cottage on the Irish Republic's north western coast in Donegal. He had recently been found living in what the Times has called a 'hovel' [link below].

This may well have some serious consequences for the 'peace process'.
