Bolton also stated recently that "nuclear powers India and Pakistan attained that status in a 'legitimate' fashion because neither country signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty". Which is clear insanity - does he mean that Hamas would be within its rights to develop Nukes - providing it stays well away from the NPT? Cuba? [Oh no, Cuba shot itself in the foot and signed up - duh!]
